Close to Public transportation and a quick drive to several hotspots around the city. The kitchen provides cookware, coffee maker & toaster if you would like to cook at home instead! Great floor plan for the entire family. Pet friendly as we have one of the largest private yards in the downtown area. The home has a large back yard that is fully private and fenced in. We have corn hole, beer pong, tiki torches... Did we mention the roof top patio that has a direct view to Minute Maid Park!
